Gomez — specifically, Selena Gomez & The Scene — will perform in the Events Center Sept. 3, Fair officials have confirmed. Tickets will go on sale June 4, the on-sale date for all Fair concerts.
Gomez, 18, stars in the popular Disney show “Wizards of Waverly Place” and just released the lead single (“Who Says”) for her upcoming third album. Her band’s first two albums, “Kiss and Tell” and “A Year Without Rain,” were certified gold and the single “Naturally” sold more than a million copies.
Her 27-city tour opens July 24 in California and ends Sept. 12 in Washington. Gomez will perform at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield the day after her Fair appearance.
She will perform on “Dancing With the Stars” April 5.
