According to Jennifer Brett, of The Buzz, Justin Bieber is a romantic boy. He and his girlfriend,Selena Gomez dined at Chops Lobster Bar in Buckhead, Atlanta last night. At the table where they sat, had roses and candles. Selena is in town to promote his film, "Monte Carlo." She will be performing today at the Mall of Georgia, at 6pm (Atlanta time).
