Could you cope with not being in the public eye?
I enjoy what I do, but it's not the thing I couldn't live without. If it went away today I'd be fine. I'd love to open my own bakery. I can't bake, but I'd like to open one and have people bake for me and get really fat!
You've had death threats from some of your boyfriend Justin Bieber's hardcore fans. Is that scary?
I don't focus on them. I have amazing fans myself and would much rather concentrate on them. I met one who'd had my face tattooed on his thigh, which was interesting. He was very passionate.
What was it like working with Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester in the romcom Monte Carlo?
I was nervous about doing a film with girls who were older than me, but they were like big sisters. And Leighton is one of the funniest people - I was constantly in tears.
You rub shoulders with all sorts of celebs. Do you ever get star-struck?
Yes, I still get really star-struck. I saw Jennifer Aniston once, but I ran away because I got too nervous. I would have loved to have been in Friends. I'm most like Rachel; she's smart but has those ditzy moments when she doesn't get it, which is totally me.
You seem like a bit of a good girl. Have you got any horrible habits?
I'm too emotional. I don't know if it's a habit but I turn everything into a big deal. The littlest thing will be a major deal - like if I drop my purse, I freak out.

[Her management cut in.] Oh, that's too personal. I know all of them - well, not Britney, but I'm a huge fan. I saw her once and she was really nice.
